The ideal team member will be a qualified architect who is able to construct a clear home plan using AutoCAD and is passionate about design and architecture.
You should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. You should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the architecture and design projects
Review of Customer needs, requirements, and business objectives. - Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project.
- Concept Design presentations.
- Develop and Project manage the onboarding project plan, schedules, tasks, roles & responsibilities.
- Ability to understand the technical possibilities and limitations of the projects at our disposal in order to troubleshoot and maintain implementations over time.

- Interior design and furnishing layouts.
- Utilize knowledge of engineering and materials in order to create an ideal finished product.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Make recommendations throughout the entire construction process as well as site visits.
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Work with targets.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- More than 3 years experience as of experience in interior architecture and/or design.
- Essential: Strong knowledge of Interior Design.
Have a Portfolio and attach it to the application. - Strong organizational skills, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Sketchup.
Availability to travel. - English (conversational level), Spanish (conversational level).
- Highly creative and autonomous.
- Valid permit to work in Spain.
Nice to have
- Master´s in Landscape, Interior design or similar.
- BIM or other rendering programs.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Additional languages.
