This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think
outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
The ideal candidate has attention to detail, is passionate about technology, likes a fast pasted environment, and enjoys working individually and in a team. This candidate should be diligent with project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to create relationships with suppliers, be available to travel to design fairs, and conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, process, and budgets
- Participating in strategic planning with the department director
- Tracking department expenditures and identifying problem areas or opportunities for improvement
- Creating a budget for the department and maintaining it throughout the year to ensure spending is within set limits
- Acting as a department or company representative to other departments, business partners, stakeholders, and the public
- Handling administrative functions within the department
- Delegating duties to employees to complete projects, streamline day-to-day activities, or meet new objectives
- Create reports for customers and suppliers
Must Have
- Valid University Internship Contract permit for Spain
- Degree in Business, MBA, Master in Entrepreneurship, International Hospitality Business, Luxury Management
- Organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Good excel domain
- Availability to travel
- Good written English
- Basic Spanish
- Eye for detail, decoration, interior, property, and design
- Ability to work in a structured and methodical way, coordinate with the rest of the team, and cover different projects simultaneously

- MBA will be highly considered
